Wood River Trails Coalition

The Wood River Bike Coalition was founded in 2011. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit. In 2019, we renamed ourselves the Wood River Trails Coalition to better facilitate our work maintaining and improving cycling, hiking, and riding opportunities in the Wood River Valley.

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation

PennDOT oversees programs and policies affecting highways, urban and rural public transportation, airports, railroads, ports, and waterways. More than three-quarters of PennDOT's annual budget is invested in Pennsylvania's approximately 120,000 miles of state and local highways and 32,000 state and local bridges. PennDOT is directly responsible for nearly 40,000 miles of highway and roughly 25,400 bridges, a system first established in 1911.

California Conservation Corps (CCC)

Our program provides young men and women 18 – 25 years old a year of paid service to the State of California. During their year of service, Corps members work on environmental projects and respond to natural and man-made disasters. Through this work, they gain skills and experience that lead to meaningful careers. Our motto is ‘Hard work, low pay, miserable conditions and more!' We are dedicated to developing our Corps members into citizens with character, credentials, and commitment.
