Human Nature focuses on the planning/design of public open spaces and open space systems. Our trail projects vary in size from local to regional such as the Licking River Greenway Trail in Northern KY, the Mill Creek Greenway Trail and the Ohio River Recreational Trail in Cincinnati, OH, the Miami 2 Miami Trails Connection and Action Plan in Warren & Butler Counties, and the Green Umbrella Regional Trails Plan, to name a few.

Founded in 1998, the Ventana Wilderness Alliance (VWA) is a California nonprofit corporation with IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. It is dedicated to protecting the wildlands of California's northern Santa Lucia mountain range. VWA is composed of people from all walks of life who share a love of Wilderness and a goal to ensure it remains wild in perpetuity.

The Olohana Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Hawaii. We work with communities to co-build resilience and adaptation strategies to climate change through projects that intersect food, energy, water, and knowledge systems. These projects include the planting of food forests and the Breadfruit/Ulu Initiative, the creation of a youth resilience council as part of the Pacific Risk Management Ohana, conservation of Hawaii National Park Service trails, and other programs and projects that support community relationship and knowledge sharing.
