Our story began in 2005 with a floating dock, a handful of rowing shells, a shipping container for storage and a plan to build a boathouse on the newly rejuvenated Oklahoma River. The Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation was created with the goal of bringing rowing to Oklahoma City and developing what would soon become known as the Boathouse District. Our organization has changed, and so has our name – we are now RIVERSPORT Foundation.

Rugged public lands. Clear blue skies. One-of-a-kind wildlife migrations. Endless opportunities for hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation. This is the Wyoming people know and love. This is the Wyoming we work to protect. Since our founding in 1967 by Wyoming rancher and World War II veteran Tom Bell, our commitment to Wyoming’s proud outdoor heritage has not changed. With staff in Lander, Cheyenne, Casper, Rock Springs and Jackson, we are Wyoming’s statewide conservation advocacy group, and we get things done for Wyoming.
