I have over 20 years of experience as a land use consultant securing a variety of entitlements ranging from single-family residential, to the preparation of zoning and constraints analysis reports, Conditional Use Permits, Development Plans, subdivisions, and post-entitlement compliance. I enjoy tackling challenges, continually learning and being a professional problem solver.
