TVTMA seeks to promote the sport of off-highway vehicle riding while protecting our right to ride by providing a fun, family oriented environment, sponsoring a variety of rides and fun events for men, women and children of all ages and skill levels, exchanging knowledge of the trail systems and riding opportunities with other riders, encouraging membership in our club, working with land managers, political leaders and the public by representing the interests of trail riders, teaching trail ethics, safety, and conservation, and performing maintenance on trails, campsites, and parking areas.

MORCA is an organized voice for responsible mountain biking in Monterey County. We accomplish this by advocating for mountain bike trail access, maintaining area trails, and sharing good will with other trail users. We are involved in mountain biking advocacy at all levels of the community.

Since its inception in 1973, The Alabama Mountains, Rivers & Valleys Resource Conservation & Development Council (formerly Tennessee Valley RC&D Council) has completed more than five hundred projects. Beginning with the Road Bank Stabilization project in Cullman County, the Council has benefited its member counties by bringing in over nine million dollars.
Member Counties of AMRV RC&D include: Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan County.
