County Health Rankings & Roadmaps

The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. We're working to improve health outcomes for all and to close the health gaps between those with the most and least opportunities for good health. This work is rooted in a deep belief in health equity, the idea that everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, income, location, or any other factor.

Southwest Renewal Foundation of High Point, Inc.

Welcome to the Southwest Renewal Foundation of High Point, Incorporated ... We believe that having access to nature in the inner city in the form of street trees, parks, greenways, and open space increases the physical, spiritual, and mental health of both residents and businesses, that people want healthy environments that include not only cultural diversity, but also biological diversity like plants, birds, and fish, and that returning nature to our inner cities strengthens urban communities and conserves municipal resources by making urban environments more healthy, desirable places to live and work.

On a broader level, SRTS programs strive to enhance children’s health and well-being, and improve the daily life of all members of our community.

Walk San Francisco exists to change this. We want nothing less than to make San Francisco the most pedestrian-friendly city in the United States.
