The Cadillac Area Visitors Bureau is operated as a 501C6, under the Michigan Public Act 59, under the jurisdiction of MEDC/Travel Michigan, Pure Michigan brand. Through PA59 we collect an assessment of 5% on hotel fees from 16 lodging properties within our district.

Bluff Country ATV Club came to be in 2001. Members range from SE Minnesota to around the state and even drift into nearby states. We are a young club and enjoy the sport of ATV with both single and family members.

Talbot Thrive was founded as a 501(c)3 non-profit in December of 2021. Growing out of a concern for safe, adequate places to enjoy the outdoors by biking, running, walking or rolling, we created this organization to address those issues and more in Talbot County.

The Metacomet Greenway is a group of citizen volunteers working to utilize the abandoned Old Colony Railroad corridor in Walpole, Norfolk, Wrentham, Plainville and North Attleboro as recreation and open space.
This 17 mile way offers the potential for a diverse range of recreational trail uses. Across America, communities have developed rail trails to promote: safe, alternative transportation; recreation activities; energy conservation; clean air; enhance a community's quality-of-life, residents’ health and so much more.

The Partners of Joyce Kilmer Slickrock Wilderness protect, conserve and enhance the natural resources and historic heritage of the Joyce Kilmer-Slickrock Wilderness area. Assist the Nantahala National Forest in developing, improving, and maintaining facilities and resources such as trails, interpretive information sites, and other support facilities, and maintaining and protecting heritage sites. Support educational, interpretive, and research opportunities that increase the awareness, enjoyment, and appreciation of the area.
