Triangle Off-Road Cyclists (TORC) is a key advocate for the establishment of more trails in the Triangle area of North Carolina. We are a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in August 2005. Prior to that, the Triangle’s mountain bike community was served by individual mountain bike clubs focused on a specific trail network. TORC was formed to unify the smaller clubs into a stronger voice.

riends of the Blue Star Trail is a 501(c)(3) organization that acts as a catalyst to promote and fund the Trail, in partnership with our local communities. Friends raises money for engineering and local match funding required for state/federal matching construction grants. We also assist the municipalities to prepare and submit applications for state/federal matching grants.

The Oregon Ridge Nature Center Council, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation created to advise, recommend, promote, conduct and develop, in cooperation with the Department of Recreation and Parks and its Board, nature interpretation and conservation programs and projects primarily at this Nature Center and where appropriate, at other parks, school-recreation centers and open spaces in Baltimore County.

Olive Hill Trail Town seeks to improve tourism for the area in and around Olive Hill, KY. Nature trails that can be hiked, biked, horse backed, and/or canoed. These trails run through many scenic areas, nestled in the foothills of the Appalachia region.
