Meraki Land Use Consulting

I have over 20 years of experience as a land use consultant securing a variety of entitlements ranging from single-family residential, to the preparation of zoning and constraints analysis reports, Conditional Use Permits, Development Plans, subdivisions, and post-entitlement compliance. I enjoy tackling challenges, continually learning and being a professional problem solver. I possess a strong understanding of local land use regulations, discretionary review practices, housing policies, environmental review (CEQA) and the local public agencies' project review and approval process. In addition, I possess a firm understanding of zoning, state housing laws, and the subdivision map act.
