Leanna Joyner is the Appalachian Trail Conservancy's Senior Director for Partnerships and Trail Operations. In this role, she collaborates with 30 partner organizations in 14 states to mobilize more than 4,700 volunteers annually. A hiker, gardener, and dancer, Leanna lives in Asheville, N.C.
