Boardman Bridge - Idaho

The Boardman Bridge, located in the Sawtooth National Forest, was closed in 2012 due to failing piers. Multiple agencies contributed on the installation of a new bridge.

The network of trails, wildlife viewing venues, and educational resources at LCNP now welcomes well over 100,000 visitors per year. LCNP continues to be 'fee-free' and highly accessible to a diverse community of patrons who enjoy the myriad benefits of immersion in nature, outdoor exercise, and healthy lifestyles. LCNP is the only Important Bird Area of Global Significance in Upstate SC, is the Upstate partner with South Carolina Audubon, has 221 species of birds identified, and is a regional must-see birding hotspot

Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation

The Bob Marshall Wilderness Foundation connects Americans with their wilderness heritage by providing access to and stewardship of one of the world’s most spectacular places –Montana’s Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. We help hundreds of hard-working volunteers, including youth, develop a land ethic and give back to the wilderness by opening trails, restoring heavily used areas, maintaining historic structures and fighting weeds.

He is certified as a Master Trail Builder by Trail Design Specialists, Inc., a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP), and has been a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI). He is an experienced trainer for trail construction and maintenance workshops and develops trail assessment and maintenance plans.

Boise Back Country Horsemen

Boise Back Country Horsemen (BBCH) is a local Chapter of Back Country Horsemen of Idaho and Back Country Horsemen of America. We are a nonprofit organization with members from Ada, Boise, and Elmore counties. We coordinate with the Squaw Butte and Treasure Valley chapters on educational outreach and membership recruitment. Membership is open to anyone that enjoys the back country, wilderness and horses and wants to preserve access to these areas for recreational stock use.
