The State Forests Trust of Oregon is the new name for the Trust (formerly Tillamook Forest Heritage Trust). Since 1999, the non-profit has served as a catalyst for private/public partnerships in support of the recreation, education and interpretation mission on Oregon’s state forest lands. The Trust has grown from focusing only on state forests in the northwest corner of the state to supporting state forests across the entire state. The Trust continues to raise funds that support experiences that help forest visitors and others better understand, use, and appreciate Oregon unique state-managed forests.
