Location

The Marriott is located one block west of the convention center. There will not be complimentary transportation to and from the convention center. It is anticipated that a bike share program will be available with a station outside of each hotel, but exact details will not be confirmed until March 2019. We hope to offer ITS attendees complimentary passes during the core days of the conference (Monday to Wednesday). Stay tuned.

Price
The following rates are available three days pre and two days post Symposium:

• Standard Guestroom: $98 per night plus taxes (approximately 13%). This rate is based upon availability in the ITS room block. (This is the 2019 Onondaga County Government Per Diem Rate and available to all ITS attendees on a first come first serve basis.)
• Per Diem Guestroom: Same as above.
• Cut-off Date: March 28, 2019 (reservations must be made by this date to take advantage of the group discount rate).

Parking

The parking garage for the Marriott is located one block east on Harrison Place (behind the hotel) and is $15 per day. Valet parking is available for $18 per day.

Amenities
Mobility accessible rooms, complimentary wi-fi, coffee/tea in-room, daily housekeeping service, same day dry cleaning and laundry on weekdays, pillow top mattresses, hair dryer, showers only (no bathtubs are available at this hotel), 24-hour room service, chair, alarm clock, in-room safe (for a fee), desk, iron and ironing board, and fitness center.

Restaurants onsite:

• Eleven Waters (American), serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Happy Hour available weekdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Located on ground floor.)
• The Cavalier Room (Deli), serving lunch and dinner. (Located on lobby floor.)
• Shaughnessy’s (Pub), serving lunch and dinner. (Located on ground floor.)

Hotel Shuttle

The hotel does NOT have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, but the hotel does have a complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere within one mile from the hotel (based on availability).
