Former American Trails Board Member Kay Lloyd passed away in January 2022.

It is with deep regret we inform you of prior American Trails board member, Kay Lloyd’s, passing on January 19, 2022. She was peacefully sleeping away to a better world and smoother trails.

Former American Trails Executive Director, Pam Gluck, shares: “Kay was such a great and visionary leader of American Trails. She made such a difference in the Trails world - always working to bring people together to understand that what unites us is much bigger than what divides us. Her passion for trails was endless and infectious. She was such a strong and loving woman - with the best bear hugs ever. She was an inspirational mentor to me. I sure will miss her.”
