Suzanne Matyas grew up playing and running around the trails, parks, and playgrounds of Northern Virginia. Her love of being outdoors never lessened and was happily directed toward studying Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia. Suzanne joined Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in 2016 and is the social media and engagement strategist. When she's not watching what's trending in trails, she's spending time with her dog and enjoying life in Washington, D.C., area.
