Brian Carpenter is a grant manager specializing in government funding for trails, while also covering parks, boat launches, and other recreation and conservation projects. After a youth spent adventuring and volunteering on trails, Brian graduated from WWU’s Recreation Management and Leadership program, with an emphasis on Outdoor Recreation.
