Friends of the Central Cascades Wilderness

Friends of the Central Cascades Wilderness is a non-profit founded in 2014. We help steward the Mt. Jefferson, Mt. Washington, Three Sisters, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Thielsen Wilderness Areas. We seek to promote public awareness of wilderness and wild lands and build a local constituency which recognizes the importance of and supports wilderness stewardship practices. Our primary activity is boots on the ground stewardship work in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service to maintain and improve wilderness character. FCCW does not attempt to influence legislation and does not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.
