Colorado Outward Bound School (COBS) is a non-profit organization and is proud to be part of a national network of Outward Bound schools in the US and all over the world. Outward Bound entities collectively serve around a quarter of a million people a year in over 30 countries and have reached over seven million people in its 70-year history.

Tennessee Valley Authority

The Tennessee Valley Authority provides electricity for 153 local power companies serving 10 million people in Tennessee and parts of six surrounding states, as well as directly to 57 large industrial customers and federal installations. We don't get taxpayer funding; rather our revenues come from sales of electricity. TVA also provides flood control, navigation and land management for the Tennessee River system, and assists local power companies and regional governments with their economic development efforts.

Roanoke Valley Greenway Commission

The Roanoke Valley Greenway network includes paved and natural surface trails in the City of Roanoke, the City of Salem, the Town of Vinton, Roanoke County, and Botetourt County. The greenway network is part of the bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure for the region and increasingly provides connectivity to neighborhoods via sidewalks, bike lanes, and on-road facilities.
