Description

In recent years, micromobility — bike-share, e-scooters and other small, lightweight forms of transportation — has exploded in cities across the world for good reason. At their best, shared fleets of these devices offer real opportunities to get where you need to go quickly, cheaply and reliably. But like so many businesses, micromobility companies have taken a huge hit as a result of the ongoing pandemic. Will they survive, and should the government intervene to make sure that they can continue to provide sustainable transportation after the pandemic subsides?
