In this webinar, we'll explore a number of unique and creative ways trail organizations have built new partnerships and reached more people in their communities by organizing a National Trails Day®. Each year, National Trails Day® reaches millions of people, and it's an excellent opportunity to reach new audiences and recruit new trail volunteers. Wesley Trimble, Communications and Creative Director at American Hiking Society, will share the benefits of hosting events on National Trails Day®, and he'll provide examples of how past event hosts have engaged their community in unique and meaningful ways.
This webinar qualifies as a Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) course (via LA CES).
