The Bluffton Pathway connects both of our parks and so traverses from one end of town to the other. Along the way you pass two quarries and ride along a creek. To top it off, this trail goes under Interstate 75.

This scenic trail starts at the Buckeye Park and trails around the quarry. Then it has a short stint on a nice quiet street, passes the arboretum and then hops back on to a scenic path around a large quarry. From the National Quarry, it leads back to a slow paced roadway that takes one across town.

And now, we are back to the path through wooded lots and second growth flood plain. Under I-75 you go and on to the Village Park. Once on park ground, the path follows through the woods beside a creek and leads to other park facilities.

The Bike Path connects both of our parks and so traverses from one end of town to the other. Along the way you pass two quarries and ride along a creek. To top it off, this trail goes under Interstate 75. Partnership The Sportsmens Club, who leases both quarries, supports and backs the bike path.

The school is also very pleased to have this path. It leads to the Village Park where the baseball diamonds are that they use. The local recreation center also sponsors little league baseball and soccer and all practices and games are also held at the Village Park. This bike path allows for a safe journey for kids to get themselves to their events.

Every five years, the bike path is sealed and re-striped. The park areas are mowed by Village personnel and a large portion of the path goes through wooded lots that require no maintenance.
