Trailhead Off-Road Conference

Presented by Ontario Federation of Trail Riders and the Ontario Federation of All-Terrain Vehicle Clubs, with support from local clubs, The Simcoe County Off-Road Riders Association and the Central Ontario ATV Club. The process of managing Off-Road Trails and Trail Users on a variety of lands is a key discussion amongst the user groups and land managers for trails in Ontario. Trailhead Off-Road brings users and managers together to discuss trails best practice. Ontario’s ORV Provincial organizations have robust recreational trail programs that include safe and responsible riding practice, club development, insurance, signage, trail maintenance practice, policy and regulation development with higher than average rider compliance. Trailhead Off-Road is the place to learn about these successes.

The dates for the Reno conference are October 15-20 – put them on your calendar now. The Conference hotel is the Whitney Peak in downtown Reno. Planning has already begun for the mobile workshop and other aspects of the conference you have all experienced before – we also hope to have few new wrinkles as well! Please keep an eye on NOHVCC’s website for updates over the coming months. It is still very early – we are more than a year out, but time flies, and you can expect ever-increasing communication about the upcoming Conference as it draws nearer. See you in Reno!
