A founding member of Trail Partners, Tom Boss is the Off-Road and Events Director at Marin County Bicycle Coalition, where he leads the trail development, education, and stewardship efforts of the Off-Road Program and manages events such as the Jane Fondo, Dirt Fondo, and Adventure Revival fundraising group rides.
