Frank is the Trail Liaison for Seneca Ridge Trail and has been a member of MORE and the local mountain bike community since moving to the Mid-Atlantic region more than 20 years ago. He has been an active trail builder and volunteer for many years, and more recently became an official MORE Trail Co-Liaison in 2018. He participates in large, organized volunteer work days, but does most of his work with small, ad hoc mobile trail crews.
