Customers are increasingly using Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Composite Bridges for pedestrian, equestrian, bike, trail, and any access requirements. We have the right solutions in our standard designs and custom creations from E.T. Techtonics. E.T. Techtonics, known for bridge design, joined the Creative Composites Group and continues to create high-quality FRP bridges.
Typically, our spans require no ongoing maintenance. Fiberglass bridges do not rust, rot, and are not subject to insect damage. Bridge sections can even be buried directly into the soil. Fiberglass materials are not affected by high humidity or salt water environments.
Our prefabricated bridges are shipped with all components predrilled, and all hardware needed for assembly. Typically, spans are shipped disassembled, so that lightweight components can be carried by hand into remote bridge sites. Our pedestrian bridges can be installed by volunteers, park maintenance crews, or contractors, using standard hand tools. In most cases, no special experience or heavy equipment is required.
