The Catoctin Land Trust is a nonprofit organization working in Frederick and Washington counties to preserve and restore the woods and waters that sustain wildlife, our environment, and people. Along with our partners, we have help protect over 2,200 acres so far! Our priority landscapes are the Appalachian Trail & South Mountain, Catoctin Mountain, Elk Ridge, and the Monocacy River and Antietam and Catoctin creek watersheds — tributaries of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.
