Jill is President of the Florida Paddling Trails Association and a level 2 ACA- certified kayak instructor.
As communications coordinator for Paddle Florida, Jill is the spokesperson for this very active group which travels Florida’s byways and waterways by kayak and canoe. The Florida Paddling Trails Association where Lingard is president has many goals such as; developing water trails and establishing blueway communities, protecting the environment by facilitating waterway cleanups and training paddlers, serving as a resource and voice for paddlers, and developing the next generation of paddlers and waterways stewards through support of youth programs. Jill is President of the Florida Paddling Trails Association and a level 2 ACA- certified kayak instructor.
