The Coalition for Recreational Trails (CRT) presents "Annual Achievement Awards" each year in recognition of trails making outstanding use of Recreational Trails Program (RTP) funds. CRT is a federation of national and regional organizations that support funding through the RTP, which is administered by the Federal Highway Administration through all 50 states.
