Submit your views to the Trail Tracks opinion forum! What's your opinion? We welcome your ideas, editorials, and your vision of the future of trails and greenways.
How we use opinions and editorials The forum is your opportunity to offer your ideas and opinions to the larger trails community. Good material in any form is archived on the Trail Tracks opinion forum index page. Short editorials or longer articles may be used in the American Trails Magazine, published three times a year. You retain all other rights to your material. Suggestions and ideas We hope to see your creative ideas these are just some suggestions to get you thinking:
What we won't publish:
What is the policy of American Trails on editorials and opinions? We support the free exchange of ideas. Because American Trails is the only national organization supporting all trails activities, it is our goal to find common ground among all outdoor recreation interests. We believe that by working together we can gain more support for public lands and healthy communities. At the same time, we want to foster honest critiques as well as new ideas for trails. If you have questions contact American Trails at (530) 547-2060 or email us at Trailhead@AmericanTrails.org. Please send all material either by email to Trailhead@AmericanTrails.org or mail us a CD formatted for "all computers" (not CD-RW) to: American Trails, P. O. Box 491797, Redding, CA 96049-1797. American Trails offers this website as a public resource to share ideas and opinions on trails and greenways. We have not evaluated the accuracy, feasibility, or legality of any of the material or articles. The opinions and editorials presented here do not necessarily reflect the opinion or support of American Trails. American Trails does not discriminate against individuals or groups on the basis or race, religion, nationality, or political affliiation. |
