	Art along Portland's Willamette River Greenway

• Art along the Mississippi River greenway system in the Quad Cities of Iowa and Illinois, host for the 2006 National Trails Symposium
• B&A Trail will host Planet Museum of solar system
• See more art along Anne Arundel County trails in Maryland (pdf 228kb)
• Artist and students turn the Fairfield, Iowa, Loop Trail Bridge into a work of art.
• The Midtown Greenway in Minneapolis is seen as "an ideal forum to display art" and has a Public Art Master Plan for the corridor
• New York artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude's Gates project installed 7500 panels, 16 feet high and 6 to 18 feet wide along 23 miles of trails in Central Park.
• "River's Edge: Life In The Monongahela" by Pittsburgh-based environmental artist Cindy Snodgrass, is part of a Creative Interpretive Plan for the 65-mile Upper Monongahela Water Trail. The exhibit will be installed on the Art Barge, which will visit communities along the Monongahela: http://www.windsphere.org/MonProject/community.html
