EQUESTRIAN TRAIL RIDE

Trail riding on Iowa's forested trails

Date: Thursday, October 19
Trip 1 ~ 8:30 a.m. - Noon
Trip 2 ~ 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $49.00 (does not include lunch)

Come enjoy a relaxed trail ride among the woods and rolling hills of Iowa. Travel through miles of cornfields, and on to Camp Conestoga, a Girl Scout camp with a successful equine program. Ride down scenic trails looking at the lake, and among the oak trees as they hold on to the remainder of fall foliage. It promises to be a quiet, peaceful ride!

All riders are required to wear helmets provided at the camp. Please wear long pants and boots. Due to the smaller size and/or age of our horses, we ask that no one over 250 pounds ride.

If raining, the trails will be closed due to slippery conditions, and your money will be refunded. If inclement weather, check at the registration desk.
