North Bend Rail Trail in West Central West Virginia: The trailhead, built with a mixture of RTP and TE funds, has literally transformed the center of the Town of Cairo. The building in the backround is the Bank of Cairo from the town's "boom" days; it is on the National Register of Historic Places.(submitted by Bill Robinson)
