Loris and Associates is expanding its Transportation design capabilities. We are searching for a highly motivated Civil/Roadway/Trail Project Engineer who is inspired by quality work and by infrastructure that instills community pride. Job Summary

Project engineer on roadway and trail projects

Design responsibilities – plan and profile, cross sections, intersection, signing & striping, phasing, grading, drainage, hydraulics, right-of-way, utilities and cost estimates

Create construction documents by setting up drawings, designing roadway profiles, completing site grading, providing utility infrastructure design, developing tabulations, and producing cost estimates

Management of small projects

Assist with marketing efforts

Qualifications

Four (4) years minimum experience designing street and trail projects according to CDOT and Local Agency standards

Experience in grading, drainage and utility design

Proficiency in AutoCad and roadway design software (Civil 3-D & InRoads), as well as Word and Excel

Professional registration beneficial but not required

Compensation

Commensurate with qualifications and experience
