Master of Arts in Alternative Transportation Scholarship announced

The Master of Arts Program (MAP) at Prescott College (Arizona), in collaboration with Prescott Alternative Transportation (PAT), announces the availability of a Graduate Scholarship, to be awarded beginning with the fall 2005 semester.

The selected scholar will be responsible for building the executive director position including the operation and management of Prescott Alternative Transportation, a local nonprofit organization. More details about responsibilities and opportunities are mentioned in the attached scholarship announcement.

Prescott College is a private liberal arts college that offers self-designed bachelor's and master's degrees in areas such as Sustainable Community Development, Environmental Studies, Adventure Education, Counseling and Psychology, Humanities, and Education. The Master of Arts Program (MAP) is a distance program with a low residency requirement. Self-directed and self-motivated students work under the guidance of a graduate advisor to complete course work, a practicum, and a thesis.
