Maine Conservation Corps Position: Senior Team Leader

The Senior Field Team Leader will provide support and training to field teams as assigned by the Field Team Program Coordinator.  Field Teams are engaged in building and repairing trails and other recreational facilities.  Members contribute their service, earn AmeriCorps education awards, and receive relevant job experience.  The Senior Field Team Leader’s primary role is to provide field support, training, and leadership, monitor a portion of the field teams, and assist with maintaining the vehicle fleet, office operations, and tool and equipment maintenance.

Location:  The MCC office is located in Hallowell; field work is conducted throughout Maine; one Senior Team Leader will solely work in the Moosehead Lake region of Maine
