This trail is part of the National Water Trails System

The Black Canyon Water Trail is located along a rugged and remote portion of the Colorado River of Arizona and Nevada. One of the put-in sites is located at the base of Hoover Dam, a truly spectacular setting. The trail follows the Colorado River through Black Canyon for approximately 30 miles, terminating at the historic mining area known as Eldorado Canyon on Lake Mohave. Within the 30 mile trail, there are three access points(Hoover Dam, Willow Beach and Eldorado Canyon). Retrieval or take-out sites are limited to Willow Beach and Eldorado Canyon....
