Description

Kings Highway Community Park has three different trails, which include an environmental education trail, a running/walking trail, and an Equestrian/Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Trail. The trails tour the beautiful scenery of historic stateburg, South Carolina. Stateburg was once the home of Revolutionary War hero Thomas Sumter and was only one vote shy of becoming the first State capital. The nature trail loops through undisturbed land for the first mile. The remainder of the trail follows a narrow path. Robert's Stream runs along side portions of this narrow trail.
