This .2 mile paved trail is rated easy for all users and is accessible to visitors with physical disabilities. The trail boasts a rich variety of plant life in a low-lying hardwood forest along Long Creek. This area is often a favorite feeding a resting abode for many wildlife species. The trail is near Woodlands Nature Station, an environmental education and interpretation center. Also nearby is the historic Center Furnace, which gives visitors an idea of the history and the impact the iron industry had on the land and its people.
