Description

Easy hike into alpine lake cradled in highballed cirque. Good fishing. Mountain goats often seen. Cross a bridge over Cutthroat Creek, gentle uphill to trail junction at 1.7 mi. Left trail goes to lake and on to pass where it meets the Pacific Crest Trail.
