Location: W of Mount Solon at junction of routes 101 and 718.

From Harrisonburg and Bridgewater take SR 42 south to intersection with SR 727, south of Bridgewater. Turn west on SR 727 to Sangersville then south on SR 730. At Stokesville turn west on SR 718 for 1 mile, where it becomes FDR 95 at intersection with trail.


Loop trail mostly on ridge tops through variety of habitats, forest, mountain scenery, rivers and side trails.
