Located on Lee Ranger District- George Washington National Forest. Take I-81 exit 264 at New Market. Travel East on SR 211 for about 3 miles to top of Massanutten Mountain. Turn left on FDR 274 and travel 9 miles to trailhead which is on your left.


This easy 0.5 mile trail takes you through forest, meadow and along Passage Creek. The guide - a lop-eared mountain lion shares secrets about the forest allowing you to explore using senses other than sight. Trail includes accessible wading area.
