From I-81 take exit 150 to St. Rt. 220 North past Eagle Rock at St. Rt 615 turn left and go 8 miles to trailhead parking area and sign.

Description

Moderate walk through mixed forest with numerous creek crossings. Side trail leads 0.5 mile to site of old saw mill. Upper loop provides more strenuous hike to top of Pine Mountain with good views. The Hoop Hole Trail connects to both the Iron Ore Trail and the Roaring Run Trail.
