Trail and Arboretum is part of Oconaluftee Indian village, a replica of the 1750's. Located on Highway 441 less than a mile from Cherokee town center, which is at the intersection of 441 and 19 near entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Trail includes flora and fauna indigenous to the Great Smoky Mountain region. The garden features herbs and vegetables, flowers and follows a stream through the trail with arched bridges, small fish pond, and an old cabin
