MORE THINGS TO DO AT THE SYMPOSIUM
THINGS TO DO THROUGHOUT THE SYMPOSIUM
Ongoing events to take advantage of while in Little Rock:
Dates: Sunday, November 16, 7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.
Trail Talk is a great opportunity to informally connect and network with other attendees. Enjoy coffee and pastries before the formal sessions start, join a round-table discussion on a variety of topics, catch up on news from the previous night’s social events, meet old friends, or make a point of making new friends. The name says it all... talk trails!
Beautiful and educational posters will be displayed in a designated area in the Exhibit Hall throughout the Symposium. A poster is a smaller scale format that displays information about a program, project, or issue to a wider audience. Individuals displaying posters will have an opportunity to share their “story” and to meet with interested attendees at designated times during the Symposium. Check the schedule for exact dates and times. For more information, please contact the Poster Chair, Diane Banta at (312) 863-6287 or email@example.com.
Silent & Live Auctions
Thanks to our generous contributors, we have a great selection of auction items from which to choose. Bring your wallets ~ you won’t want to miss out on these great items! The Silent Auction items will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall. Silent Auction bidding begins on Saturday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. and closes on Monday, November 17 at 6:00 p.m. The Live Auction will be held during the “Trails Rock” Party at the Clinton Presidential Library on Sunday, November 16. You can view a list of the Live Auction items beforehand in the Exhibit Hall in the Silent Auction area. If you would like to contribute items to the auctions, contact the Auction Chairs: Jennifer Michaels at (479) 445-7897 (jennifer@ mississippirivertrail.org) or Bryan Kellar at bryan.kellar@ arkansas.gov. All donors will be provided recognition.
