LEAVE NO TRACE EQUESTRIAN TRAIL RIDE Trail ride to discuss equestrian responsibility for impacts and how to minimize them.
Enjoy the beauty of an Arkansas autumn day. See the magnificent Ouachita Mountain range and surrounding areas in the company of our equine friends. Learn about the principles of Leave No Trace Stock Usage and how to apply them in both frontcountry and backcountry settings. This workshop will discuss equestrian responsibility for impact and how it can be minimized. The trail ride will be hosted by the Diamond TR Ranch at their location in western Pulaski County (www.diamondtr.com/). Participants will be treated to a home-cooked gourmet Dutch oven lunch.
