INSTRUCTIONS

Please use this nomination form and attach a typewritten description, up to a maximum of two pages.
One nomination per category, per form.
You MUST submit three slides of project, individual, or team with the nomination form.
You may attach up to three exhibits (articles, documents, maps, etc.) demonstrating work done toward meeting the award criteria.
Include website address, if available
Except for the Lifetime Service Award, all efforts eligible for recognition must have occurred between June 15, 2000 and June 15, 2002.
Some awards are intended to recognize an individual, while others may recognize an individual, team, or group.
Trail projects and efforts to be considered for award will include work done on trails or trailheads and related facilities, improvements in education and information about trails, and service contributing to the betterment of trail opportunities.
The American Trails Board shall have sole responsibility for determination of award recipients.
The awards will be presented November 12, 2002, at the 16th National Trails Symposium Awards Celebration Banquet. Plan to attend and support the efforts of these worthy recipients!
