Levels of Sponsorship

*** Every exhibitor is a sponsor! All sponsors, however, are not exhibitors.

*** There are 9 levels of sponsorship to choose from and their benefits are fully outlined below.

*** American Trails will design a custom benefits package for you at the Condor, Bald Eagle, or Great Blue Heron sponsor levels.

• Condor -- $10,000 to $50,000

  Logo listing on "Condor" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, two full registrations, an 8' x 10' exhibit booth, and a customized benefit, i.e., sponsorship of a selected meal/partial meal or special event (depending upon availability) or an outside exhibit (i.e, a tractor to exhibit)

• Bald Eagle -- $5,000

  Logo listing on "Bald Eagle" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, two full registrations, an 8' x 10' exhibit booth, and a customized benefit, i.e., sponsorship of a selected meal/partial meal or special event (depending upon availability) or an outside exhibit (i.e, a trailer to exhibit)

• Great Blue Heron -- $2,500

  Name listing on "Great Blue Heron" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, two full registrations, and an 8' x 10' exhibit booth and a customized benefit, i.e., sponsorship of a selected break or partial meal (depending upon availability) or an outside exhibit (i.e, a set of tools to exhibit)

• Osprey -- $1,000

  Name listing on "Osprey" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, one full registration, and exhibit space. Choose one:

  a) an 8' x 10' exhibit booth, or

  b) an 8' x 8' indoor exhibit booth and one outside exhibit (i.e., to show a toilet, trail surfacing materials, etc.)

• Red Tailed Hawk

  Name listing on "Red Tailed Hawk" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, and exhibit booth. Choose one:

  a) 8' x 8' exhibit booth $500.00

  b) 8' x 10' exhibit booth $700.00

• California Quail (Nonprofit rate) -- $325

  Name listing on "California Quail" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, and exhibit booth (A limited number of nonprofit booths will be available.)

• Meadow Lark "Trail of States" -- $200

  (State Trails Programs) American Trails hopes to have every state in the country represented at the Symposium. State Trail Administrators have an opportunity to highlight their State along the "Trail of States"

• Stellar Jay "Trail of Advocacy" -- $200

  (Organizations only) Organizations have an opportunity to highlight their trails-related organization along the "Trail of Advocacy"

  Name listing on Stellar Jay "Trail of Advocacy" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, Web site recognition, and 4' table (no booth) along the "Trail of Advocacy"

• Hummingbird -- $100

  Name listing on "Hummingbird" banner, in registration brochure, in program, in Guide to Exhibitors, and Web site recognition

• All sponsorships/exhibits paid in full by May 1, 2000 will receive a name listing, along with the respective bird sponsor category, in the registration brochure which will be available in June, 2000.
• Recognition in printed materials is subject to meeting printing deadlines, so sign up early to take advantage of all of the benefits!
• A Guide to Exhibitors will be provided to all attendees, and will include Exhibitor contact information including Web address and a 100 word description of services or products offered.
• All sponsor categories, i.e., Red Tailed Hawk will have a separate banner with all respective sponsor names listed on it, as well as a drawing of the representative bird. These banners will hang in a prominent place throughout the Symposium. Each nongovernmental Condor Sponsor will have an individual banner.
• A name sign will be provided for each booth.
• Exhibitors may sell their products or services at the Symposium.
• Exhibitor's will receive a list of the Symposium delegates.
• Exhibitors are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. American Trails will not be collecting any taxes on behalf of exhibitors.
• "Happy Trails" hours, breaks, and one luncheon will take place in the Exhibit Hall.
• The general public will be invited to visit the Exhibit Hall on Thursday afternoon between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. at no charge.
• A refreshment hospitality area will be provided for exhibitors.
• Exhibitors are eligible for the discounted Symposium lodging rates. Lodging will be $49.00 - $85.00 (plus taxes) per night.
• Exhibitors will have an opportunity to draw additional attention to your organization by contributing to a door prize drawing and a silent auction.
• Exhibitors will receive a 10% discount on a one-year advertising opportunity in Trail Tracks, American Trails newsletter. (Contact the American Trails office to receive an ad sheet.)
• Exhibitors will have an opportunity to advertise on the American Trails Web site at a discounted rate. (Contact the American Trails office for details.)
