Hosted by AmericanTrails.org SCA seeks High School Conservation Crew Leaders Closing Date: open Title: Conservation Corps Project Leader Organization: Student Conservation Association Description: SCA Conservation Corps Projects address urgent environmental challenges all across the U.S. Working in collaboration with public and/or nonprofit partners, these teams work on a diverse range of projects, including: GIS/GPS applications, wildfire education and mitigation, wilderness restoration, invasive plant removal/native plant propagation, environmental outreach, and natural resource management. Project Leader candidates must possess outdoor leadership experience, applicable technical skills, budget management skills, and administrative skills. Motor vehicle and criminal background check will be conducted. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
