Title: Conservation Corps Project Leader

Description: SCA Conservation Corps Projects address urgent environmental challenges all across the U.S. Working in collaboration with public and/or nonprofit partners, these teams work on a diverse range of projects, including: GIS/GPS applications, wildfire education and mitigation, wilderness restoration, invasive plant removal/native plant propagation, environmental outreach, and natural resource management. Project Leader candidates must possess outdoor leadership experience, applicable technical skills, budget management skills, and administrative skills. Salary: Most positions are seasonal; salaries generally start at $25,000/year. These tuition-free positions range from three to twelve months in length. Most corps share a common living environment, resulting in a unique and rewarding community experience.
