Recruiting a full-time Lands Manager to support mission to conserve natural areas and agricultural landscapes and to promote and enhance a public trail system in Lassen County, California. Play leadership role in the coordination of the Trust’s conservation and trails strategy, acquisitions and conservation easements, and stewardship responsibilities of all properties. Work closely with the ED to develop and meet program goals. Must have skills and experience working with landowners, funding agencies and partners. Responsibilities include resource management, baseline documentation, drafting of conservation easements, grant writing and project reports. Work with the Trust’s team on outreach and education activities related to conservation mission.
Familiarity with LTA’s Standards & Policies and best management practices, comfort with GIS ArcView and MicroSoft Office Suite, valid driver’s license are required. Compensation based on experience. Health benefits available. To apply, please send resume and cover letter to info@llttweb.org.
