Over 100 exhibitors are expected to attend the 19th National Trails Symposium. Don’t miss this great opportunity to participate in and view the latest in trails technology, products, equipment, planning, and programs. Download the sponsor packet and see those sponsors who are already making the Symposium possible. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS
The Exhibit Hall will be designed as a “Trails & Greenways System” where you will also have the opportunity to allow us to “borrow” your products to help us create an exceptional indoor trail system! We are looking for all trail products from trail bridges, restrooms, trail building equipment, bicycles, ATVs, canoes, and camping equipment, to surfacing materials, greenery (trees, shrubs, flowers), signage, benches, picnic tables, and trash receptacles – to name a few. You will receive recognition for your donated items, as well as give our attendees the opportunity to physically see your trail products first-hand in a virtual trail setting! You must be an exhibitor (at any level) in order to include your trail products in our system. Contact Candace Baxter, Exhibitor Manager, at (530) 547-2060 or candace@americantrails.org for more information. In the Exhibit Hall, you will also find the Poster Gallery and Silent Auction, as well as the place you’ll enjoy Happy Trails Hours and breaks. All attendees will receive a Guide to Sponsors & Exhibitors, Presenters & Attendees, which will include exhibitor contact information and a description of services or products offered. To be listed in the Exhibitors Guide, you must have signed a contract and paid by September 30, in order to meet our print deadline. There’s still time to “get your oar in the water” and become a Symposium exhibitor. But hurry—as space is filling up fast! Contact Candace Baxter at the American Trails office by calling (530) 547-2060 or email her at candace@americantrails.org to request a Sponsor/Exhibitor packet. A packet can also be downloaded from the American Trails website at www.AmericanTrails.org.
Building Public Awareness for Trails ~ Discover, Learn, and Celebrate Trails The Opening Reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and remaining tickets may be purchased at the Registration Desk for $20.00 each. This event will provide the local community with an opportunity to visit exhibitors and learn about the Symposium. The Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees, guests, and local trail enthusiasts free of charge. In addition, dozens of trail-related user groups from around Arkansas will provide information booths, presentations, and workshop activities for all ages in the Exhibit Hall and on the Arkansas River Trail. The public will be encouraged to visit the renovated Junction Railroad Bridge (a new pedestrian and bicycle bridge that connects the two cities across the river), the famous “Medical Mile” trail section, art along the trail, and a new adventure playground. There will be a repeat of the large labyrinth from the last Symposium, as an innovative and transformative trail form becoming increasingly more popular across the nation. Plan some time to walk it! We hope to see you there and be sure and bring your family and friends!
